Another glowing review:
Dear Steve & Northwest Harley-Davidson Staff,
We wanted to let you know how much we have appreciated your great service over the years. Rick bought his first Harley a beautiful, teal colored 1994 Heritage Softail Harley from Bob at the old Lacey NW Harley Davidson store in 1994 and between us we have bought five Harleys from Northwest Harley Davidson.
At the Olympia NWHD store, Steve teased Jacci so much that she shocked him one day by buying a new, burgandy Sportster Harley in 1996. Jacci upgraded to a beautifull used, red 1994 Harley Springer after she realized the Sportster was a bit too tall for her.
Rick had to act fast to outdo Jacci, so he made a deal with Donna at the Olympia NWHD and traded in his Heritage for a new, dark green 1997 Road King. Rick loves to buy chrome and he decked out that Harley to the max, LED lights included.
Rick was happy with his Road King and had it for 10 years. He didn't see a bike he liked much better, until 2007 when he came home and told Jacci about this "SWEEEET" Street Glide he saw at the newest NWHD store. Jacci knew he was ready for another new Harley and Julio made a "sweet" deal on Rick's current 2007 Street Glide. He is still finding chrome and accessories to put on it, so this "sweet" bike is a keeper for a while.
On to the next generation, Rick & Jacci's daughter, Jen, wanted to surprise her husband, Rex with and early 40th birthday present; so she travelled all the way from Cumberland (yes, the town with the biggest biker bar in Washington) to Northwest Harley Davidson. Jen knew her dad has always been happy with Steve Boone's staff and service. Jen had 10 great reasons why Rex needed a Harley for his 40th, so she picked out the perfect shiny, black 2010 classic Road King. Everyone at NWHD was terrific in helping with her secret plan and Rex was totally surprised with his first Harley. Rex commented how much Jen must love him to get him a Harley.
Finally, Austin, Jen and Rex's 2 year old son, has been a Harley dude since birth and can't wait to get his own Harley "run run" from NWHD someday. Thanks Northwest Harley Davidson. We hope to see you and your families on the road.
Rick and Jacci Williams
