"I would like to commend you and all of the employees at Northwest Harley-Davidson. I am very impressed with your business and employees; this business is by far the most friendly, warm and welcoming that I have ever been in.
My Wife and I first entered your business around September 2008. We met Joe Villarreal. He explained the ins-and-outs of the bike we were interested in; never a hard-sell and gave us all the time we needed. We returned a few days later and purchased our first Harley. He introduced us to all of the employees; MotorClothes is where we met Greg, Trish and Nancy. We were outfitted in style. We went through and met each department as well. I must say in the 1 1/2 years I have never observed an employee that did not have a smile and some warm words for you.
One example I would like noted; Nancy Paulsrude went "above-and-beyond". Nancy had only met us 2-3 times. When I came in without my Wife, she asked where she was and I replied "home sick". Within 1-2 days, my Wife had received a Get Well card from Nancy. "WOW".
I will apologize now, I know I will forget some of you. Thank you ALL for your expertise, help, and always making me feel comfortable and not dumb. Joe, Greg, Jeremy, Bryan, Lou, Jessica, Trish, Nancy, Kelly, Shaun, and Julio; Thanks to each and every one!"
