Even though the sale went well past closing time by the time we were all done, everyone acted just like it was early in the morning and there was no preasure what so ever. I really appreciated the fact that Joey actually called to ensure that I had made it home okay and also sent pictures of us on our new bike via text.Your dealership rates #1 in my book, the service that we received it top notch compared to past purchases in other Harley Dealers.

This was my first ever motorcycle purchase! The entire staff was very friendly, motivated and eager to earn my business. Not just for a sale, but they were genuinely concerned about my needs and wants. They were patient with me while I was "window shopping" and during the actual purchase they were outstanding. I will without a doubt recommend NW Harley to any and everyone I come across!

It was time for an oil change. We headed to Northwest Harley Davidson in Lacey, WA, early in the morning. We did not have an appointment. The service desk took our information and said he would get us in as soon as possible. He got our Harleys in quickly and they were ready in record time. The price was very reasonable and the oil change included a bike wash!
Our thanks go to the staff at Northwest Harley Davidson for their great service. Every customer we talked to at the dealership that day had the same positive experience.
We encourage everyone living in the Olympia area or traveling through Olympia to stop by Northwest Harley Davidson. Oh yes, Northwest HD also has a snack bar with excellent food at reasonable prices if you want to have lunch while hanging out at the dealership.

I would like to commend you and all of the employees at Northwest Harley-Davidson. I am very impressed with your business and employees; this business is by far the most friendly, warm and welcoming that I have ever been in.
My Wife and I first entered your business around September 2008. We met Joe Villarreal. He explained the ins-and-outs of the bike we were interested in; never a hard-sell and gave us all the time we needed. We returned a few days later and purchased our first Harley. He introduced us to all of the employees; MotorClothes is where we met Greg, Trish and Nancy. We were outfitted in style. We went through and met each department as well. I must say in the 1 1/2 years I have never observed an employee that did not have a smile and some warm words for you.
One example I would like noted; The motorclothes rep went "above-and-beyond". She had only met us 2-3 times. When I came in without my Wife, she asked where she was and I replied "home sick". Within 1-2 days, my Wife had received a Get Well card from her. "WOW".

I don't take my bike anywhere else. I've dealt with different shops in both Washington and California; Northwest Harley-Davidson provides great service and has great ideas. Thanks for everything you do, I send everybody I know to Lacey...it's worth the drive.

came in for Military appreciation day and bought a few things. Really enjoyed the live music and the extra staff on hand. Lots of good conversation with the crew about things coming up at HD. Looking forward to Toy Run and Pics with Santa and his "helpers"...

We bought out 03 Thunder Mountain custom yesterday. We had been at the dealership the weekend before and had BJ show us a lot of bikes. We went back this weekend and looked for BJ again, I took a couple of test rides with him and we decided on the Thunder Mountain Custom. The whole process was relaxing and stress free. I would like to say that I have that ive been riding many motorcycles over the last 22 years . Ive owned allot of makes and models but never a Harley. That is until last summer. I walked into Northwest Harley on a Saturday morning and came out the proud owner of a Harley. My life dream of owning a Harley was now a reality. I have to admit...I could not have done it without them. The entire team makes you feel like part of the family, and thats before you even walk in the doors. They talk to you like they have known you for years. Its a relaxing and fun atmosphere and it is definitly not built on pushy sales people. The whole team, from sales to service to apparel to parts, all have that friendly attitude that makes you feel at home. Since my purchase, I stop in as often as possible. Sometimes its for purchases and sometimes its just to say Hi to all the friends that ive made there. I am looking forward to this year and all the awesome events they have to attend. Im proud to have made my puchase with them and look forward to being part of the growing family they create.

The entire staff at NWHD has always been more than accommodating if they didn't have an answer they either found someone who did or found out on the spot for us. The shop has something going on almost every weekend ,especially during the summer months, so stop in and see whats going on you might make some friends without even trying. We love the friendliest shop in the Northwest so much that we even got married there! That should speak loads about how friendly the shop and everyone are. They rearranged their showroom and were more than willing to help us in any way they could to make our special day that much more memorable. Thank you NWHD we won't ever forget how well you have treated us.
